Time to be proud of network marketing again

We go Upstream to the top with Training Galaxy!

Being a network marketing professional I think it's very sad to observe what negative annotations this industry has got over the years.

Why that is can be explained by a number of things:

1. the insanely high percentage of unsustainable business opportunities
   - I honestly cannot call them companies, they are 'programs' with the end already in sight right from the get go -
   
2. the horrible statistics where only 3% of all reps are making the serious money
   If this would be the only possible way, I wouldn't want to have anything to do with it.
   
   The reason for it that many are focused on enrolling people to their business. They become better and better recruiters, yet do not see duplication in their team.
   You can be a heck of a recruiter, but that doesn't make you a great teacher.
   
   To get duplication you should teach your team how to teach. Only then you will get teams that build teams that build teams, without you being involved.
   
   I truly believe that duplication is a byproduct of education. And that is where the old school
   MLM training is entirely broken. It teaches the front-loading method: sign up 30 in your first 90 days.
   Most people work their MLM business part time: where on earth would they find the time to work with these 30 people effectively? How could they possibly nurture them, show them what to do, how to do it and WHY they are doing it?
   
   There had to be another way, I knew there had to!
   And I found it through the teaching of Mark J, the training of Tom "Big" Al Schreiter among others.
   I learned, I applied and it just works because it makes total sense.

So, beginning of January of this year I started to build my own Training Platform for my group, which we called Training Galaxy, your portal to success. It took 4 months. Every free minute was put in creating this.
Beginning of May it was launched for those in my group willing to dig in, to learn and apply it.

Already in the first month, my group was responsible for 57% of the growth in Europe.
We are mid June and will already reach the same number within days and then still about 11 days left for this month to grow further.

New team partners are taken by the hand with the aim to get them qualified within their first 30 days, without ever feeling like a sales person and recruiting rejection FREE. They learn how to have genuine conversations, almost a lost art.

Honestly, we have had people draw their credit card even BEFORE they heard about the product, the company or the compensation plan. Just because of our approach which is experienced like a breath of fresh air.

We have a vivid Facebook community where questions are easily answered using Facebook lives. Highly effective. We live in the video era after all.

And the best part: no costs whatsoever for my group. I think it is both my responsibility as an upline to share all my knowledge and expertise, but also leverage of my time: no matter when someone enrolls, they always have people to work with them and always will get the exact same training in the exact same order. Powerful!

One of my key leaders now is experiencing actual free time, something he hadn't had in 9 months. Even his partner and family are pleasantly surprised.

Yes it is different, yes we go Upstream, away from old school MLM, but it's effective as well.
And that is what it's all about: the individual successes, small and big, because that is inspiring and encouraging for people to dig in, learn, apply, and grow....as a person and their business.
